During my time at BMW of Minnetonka, I have gained much knowledge on customer satisfaction. I have also gained a further perspective on how to run and operate a growing and fast paced business. On the managerial side, I have acquired a lot of knowledge from my direct service manager on how to be a team leader. The hardest part about my job is not being able to be recognized to be something more. A example would be, not being able to show my true customer service skills to move up in the company ladder.
