We are seeking a part to full time, Office assistant that is professional and courteous and who has previous front office experience. Must be punctual, reliable, have strong customer service and computer skills.Days in office to include every Saturday and every other Sunday and Wednesday evenings. Right candidate will have the ability to work from home on Thursday and Friday, scheduling appointments. Must have a quiet work environment with little to no distractions that would interfere with the ability to answer phones. Job responsibilities will include; answering phones, cashiering, scheduling appointments, filing, typing and operating office equipment. May need to run short errands on occasion.
