exciting field, each day is different.
Service and Training Manager/Safety Officer (Current Employee), Dallas, TXOctober 9, 2013
Pros: monday thru friday 8-5
Cons: dealing with calibration issues
Typical day consist of assisting dealerships and repair facilities across the nation with repairs for CNG converted vehicles.
I have learned about Compressed Natural Gas and conversion of vehicles to CNG.
The hardest part of the job is trying to diagnose a vehicle concern thousands of miles away.
The most enjoyable part is being in charge of my own – more... destiny and helping the team grow. – less

Company that was great and then went downhill.
Engineering Technician (Former Employee), Dallas, TXJuly 23, 2013
Pros: fun work environment. lots of room to learn and grow.
Cons: the bottom could drop out (and did) at any moment.
This job was one of the most enjoyable, satisfying jobs I have had to date. I was able to utilize my skills and learn many new skills. However, the instability of the industry and the management of the company as a whole made it difficult to work an entire year without a layoff of at least two to three weeks. In four years I was laid off four times – more... for between two weeks and three months at a time. At any time any of the employees that were higher up on the pay scale could be laid off or let go with no warning because of the financial shortcomings of the company. – less

Very good place to work.
Lead Production Technician (Former Employee), Dallas, TXJanuary 29, 2013
Pros: great benefits
Cons: short breaks
A typical day at work was very easy going. I learned everything I know about CNG conversion from this company. Management was very good. Co-workers were the best you could have ever ask for. The hardest part of the job was the first two weeks with all the fabrication of vehicle made your body sore. The most enjoyable part of the job were the Christmas – more... parties, they were the best. – less

Lead Design Engineer (Current Employee), Dallas, TXMarch 18, 2012
I have had to step up every accept of my game, there is no one to cover tasks or solve problems other than yourself.
