Good Team, Poor Management

This a company full of talent and empty promises. They almost never promote and often hire upper management with no industry experience. This causes high turnover, and a lot of unappreciated hard workers to either leave, or give up. The pay is on par with other companies, but you have to work crazy hours because it is always a fire drill. The most stressful, unorganized job I have ever had.

Upper management, office, and sales are all self serving and non-team players
