Filing and faxing, preparing and documenting contracts, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence to Executives and handling all other Executive support.
The successful candidate must have:
A minimum of 5 years administrative experience and should be detail-oriented and organized, possess excellent verbal and communication skills; have excellent phone etiquette and have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Candidate must have strong clerical skills and be well versed in MS Office software, specifically MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Candidate must be able to handle multiple projects and rapidly changing priorities and be highly flexible, trustworthy and confidential with all matters.
