The typical day at Bana was stressful and never enough time to manage your work load.
I learned to not trust my coworkers, because they will throw you under the bus.
Management is, what can you do for me today, not what you did yesterday.
Coworkers are scared for their jobs and worried who is watching them to report back to their supervisor/manager.
The hardest part is getting a raise in pay and being appreciated for the long hard hours.
The most enjoyable part is, time to leave each day and the weekend!!!
The owner(s)/management act like they care (and at times do) and are concerned (but Jerkel and Hyde take over), then talk about you to your coworkers. They have to always be in complete control, MICRO-MANAGE each department and email, if they deem necessary.
