Management gossips, they favor, and if they see an issue with work ethic, they'll mock you instead of training you. Sometimes whe they really don't want a new hire anymore, they just won't schedule you so you get automatically terminated after not working for three months. I work at the Providence, RI store. I've seen all this happen far too much. Now all of management is changing but it's within the district.

The work environment and culture at Banana Republic is very team oriented. Even though Banana Republic is a huge company, management treats employees as individuals, honing in on what every associate can bring to achieve excellent service for their customers.
