IT Support Technician (Former Employee), New York, NY – October 22, 2014
-Checking emails and open ticket. -Meetings every Friday. -Installing and upgrading software -During the summer we upgraded to the most current hardware and software. -The college had is a Mac and Windows friendly users. -Helping current and future students setting them to the network. -The best part of my job was receiving positive email after helping a staff -The hardest part of my job was when the elevator wasnt working because the IT department is in the 7th floor.
