Been there for 10 years at Bank of Marin, you become like family with your coworkers after working there so long. Typical day as a bank teller you need to be able to recognize your customers financial needs and cross sale services that will benefit them. I will perform a wide variety of duties open up, then do atm night drop, process envelopes and mail,answer phones, help solve customer problems.Get cash orders ready for merchants balance tcr and vault, order bank supplies for branch as needed. The bank has taken good care of me and I have learned a lot about customer service and giving legendary service to our clients and keeping our customers happy. The hardest part is leaving my nice customers. Whats most enjoyable are my customers. After being there for so long you get to know your customers and what they like. Talking to them and putting a smile on their face makes my day. You have to love your job and love what you do as a bank teller you deal mostly with your customers. Also getting involved in the community where you live and helping those in need.
