The Banks Vision is excellent. The executive management team is outstanding. Moving from a Ma and Pop Shop to an Enterprise Banking System is painful and very demanding of time with many overtime hours into nights/weekends on call.

Decent job to learn the fundamentals of banking, and move forward to find a new position. The training is fairly extensive and thorough. There is a very structured environment, which is good for the workplace.

I loved my job and the people at Bank of the Ozarks. Everyone was super friendly and helpful in training. Hours were set hours and you had to make sure you were there on time or else you can get written up. But it's a bank so it is understandable.
