Customer Service Agent III & Teller, Ridgeland, MS - July 30, 2016
I've worked here as a teller and customer service agent. Being a teller is fine but I definitely could not do it for a lifetime. I would only recommend this job to ppl that really REALLY enjoy helping ppl with their finances face to face. The work is extremely repetitious and there is not enough pay offered for being a teller. I performed as a teller for about 6 months. Being a customer service agent was great! I'd advanced to an agent 3 position before leaving. Although its not as repetitious as being a teller, it starts to feel that way eventually. I'd acted as an CSA for over 2 years and the pay raises in this department were quite sufficient. Bosses are great. Benefits are extremely great. But you do have a hard time advancing to other departments within the company.
