Pros: flexible hours
Answering inbound calls and manging acounts. The mangement team was awesome always willing to help you in any way.My coworkers were great. There wasn't anything hard about the job. The most enjoyable part about the job was that dealing with customers.

There were times that i enjoyed working where i was, but one particular job i was uncomfortable because the person i was reporting to made me uncomfortable. She was very tense when things didn't go her way therefore taking it out on me if a mistake was made.
