service excellence to all our patients. I learned that it is very important that all employees (agents) have the same interest to accomplish success and meet monthly departmental goals. Having great leadership and support and constant praise and recognition, kept us well motivated . I had a great relationship with all co-workers, because we were all approachable, friendly, and created a great environment to work in and always, welcoming new agents to our call center team.
