Set up for the days event, and cleaning the kitchen at the end of the event. Counting my cash bank in and out for the day. Checking the beer taps and soda machines. Filling the ice machines. Inventory counting. Help Train new employees. Liaise between different companies, departments, and management. Sweeping, mopping, dish washing, equipment cleaning, restocking, and garbage removal. Heavy customer interaction, and conflict resolution.
