Talented professionals but poor management.
Vice President (Former Employee), knoxvilleJune 15, 2015
Pros: Very few
Cons: current management
Historically, this was a good firm, but the current management is misguided. They are more concerned with company politics than providing good service to clients.

Little Job Stability
Engineer (Former Employee), NashvilleNovember 23, 2014
This company grows and shrinks with the market and other groups that are doing well suffer. Was there for 1.5 years and there were three rounds of lay offs. Benefits are average. Raises are low. Though philosophy of company is not bag, company misplaces priorites and does not value its employees. Many wonderful, billable people were let go.

Civil Engineer (Former Employee), Knoxville, TNJuly 17, 2013
Good company with good leadership in place. Historically, one of the best firms in the state. However, they downsized due to lack of consulting work.
