a typical day was long and early but not to stressful. management sometimes didn't help occasionally, often would step up late. Culture was sometime indifferent to employees and unforgiving at other times.
This progressive professional services firm has been a fun and exciting place to be a part of.

BWSC isn't a perfect employer but is one that consistently strives to change for the better. There is a deep sense of family and there are many people I care about that have come and gone through the doors over the years. There have been struggles that are typical to the industry, but I feel BWSC has the very best interest of the firm and the stockholders at the heart of every tough decision that's made. Talented people, challenging projects, loyal clients and meaningful work are all what I think of with Barge Waggoner Sumner and Cannon.
Openness of leadership, benefits (bonuses and pay increases) and flexibility

This company grows and shrinks with the market and other groups that are doing well suffer. Was there for 1.5 years and there were three rounds of lay offs. Benefits are average. Raises are low. Though philosophy of company is not bag, company misplaces priorites and does not value its employees. Many wonderful, billable people were let go.
