We are looking for a bright and dedicated Marketing Analyst to help launch our franchises to the next level. The ideal candidate will couple strong analysis skills and detail-oriented research ability with strategic savvy and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, creative environment while striving to set and meet high goals.
- Identify and conduct necessary market-research studies and/or report analyses
- Measure and analyze marketing results, report these results to marketing team and shareholders
- Utilize data analysis in the creation of strategic marketing plans
- Consult with franchisees to determine specific marketing tactics, timelines, and budgets and implement franchise marketing programs
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing strategies or address new audiences
- Coordinate the authoring of marketing materials for franchisees
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Experience in developing marketing strategy
- Strong project and time management skills
- Able to meet deadlines
- Experience in marketing with media of all kinds, from TV and radio to social media to email marketing and more
- Salary of $40 - $50k DOE - Potential Profit Sharing - Benefits available based on tenure.
