Pros: freedom to express your thoughts, learning new skills frequently, where one's opinion matters
Cons: sold out the part of the business i was working, no new opportunities in southern california!, previous supervisors no long work there either, too many employees were laid off!!!
Basic Research was the best place I've worked so far. Had incredible superiors that put a lot of trust on what they taught their subordinates, and in their previous skills. NO Micromanagement! I was encouraged to “think outside of the box.” Very diverse business and what matter was that we achieved and surpassed our own stipulated sales goals, and worked
