Far from a dream job!
Administrative (Current Employee) –  HDQJuly 20, 2014
If you can tolerate office politics x100 and favoritism, then this is the place you want to be. Can't express much good about it other then it's a paycheck.
Cons
if you aren't a "name" in the company, you are overlooked and treated poorly.

Call Center Representative (Current Employee) –  Bismarck, NDJuly 12, 2013
A typical day at work involves answering phones from consumers who are without power or are disconnected. You hear a million reasons why people don't pay their bills. Management and co-workers are very good. The most difficult part of the job is when inclement weather occurs knocking out power. Phones ring constantly. Sometimes for hours. I an 8-hour shift I have fielded as many as 200-calls. The most satisfying part of the job comes when you know you have helped someone. At times when consumers think they are going through a power outage, you walk them thru a series of steps and eventually power is restored without having to call out a line crew.
Pros
timely pay raises.
Cons
when busy, not enough time to eat.
