Basler is an alright place to work at. You learn something new everyday. Management and HR sucks. Their mindset is that your job is more important than your family. The pay is pretty good considering how easy the job is. The only thing that is really hard is fighting the boredom of just sitting at your machine all day doing the same task for 8 hours. Not really any job security as you get five strikes before your terminated. And being even
.1 of a second late in clocking in counts as a strike or even having to leave in the middle of your shift for a family emergency is a strike.
