Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Responsible for inventory movement and shipping activities. Functions include transferring material, picking and staging orders, shipping, receiving, and maintaining the warehouse.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Execute all receiving functions, including:
Unloading inbound deliveries
Sign for shipments
Ensure accuracy between receipt and paperwork
Process receipt using WMS
Route incoming items to proper locations
- Execute all shipping functions, including:
Picking orders accurately
Packaging outbound shipments
Coordinate and prepare appropriate shipping documentation
Process shipping transactions using WMS
- Pick and stage inventory for local technicians
- Forward necessary paperwork to accounting
- Work with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure all product is labeled properly
- Maintain warehouse bin location
- Maintain clean work environment
- Assist Logistics Manager as required

High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred. Candidate should have 1-3 years experience in a high SKU warehouse environment. Basic mechanical knowledge also required.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as packing lists, shipping manifests, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Knowledge of shipping software and its functions. Familiarity with warehousing software.
