It's a physician run organization - unless you're a Physician, or a Physician's Patsy(PA) you are worthless - RN's included. There is no management despite an overabundance of SR Directors, Directors, Managers, etc... nothing is really managed - the Physicians rule and have no boundaries and are not held to the same standards of conduct or patient care/respect as the rest of the staff

They usually have too many patients and not enough nurses. A lot of the nurses and docs there r very hypocritical and will throw u under the bus so to speak before they even ask u what happened or take
The blame themselves. Can b an ok place to wrk depends on whom ur working with for the shift. As every job. And the pay is lousy. Even for this rural area. It's kinda the only game in town now though. They own almost all surrounding clinics and now even have at home care. Hard to find a job local now b/c the places to wrk r almost all Bassett owned. Very upsetting to see such a monopoly especially when ur looking for a new and better job.
