Great industry very poor management

Long story short, they will not pay you for your time. They expect you to work overtime and travel 40% at the drop of a hat with no compensation. They lie about bonuses and incentives that no one gets in the end. It's sad because it could be a great place to work. Maybe if they change their thinking to treat employees well, keep them around, and secure their industry specific knowledge.
