The environment at this company in California is really bad. I know several people who worked there and this company treated them very poorly. Also, if you have any type of disability watch out because they will harass you till you quit or get fired (HR lies also). This company shows favoritism to a selected few and they will promote them over qualified people (it's who you know). One person I know of got sick and had to go on leave and guess what? they fired them when they got back.Of course, they made up a lying lame excuse. Another person, a really, really nice person who demonstrated awesome work throughout the years got fired because a manager was jealous as the person was more qualified then he was. Another person I know of had medical issues and they fired even though this person had a written note from the doctor. Best advice if you really want to work there: kiss their behinds when needed, DON'T EVER get sick and don't talk to anyone..or go into finance like me!!

Baxter is the company to try and get into. They are in the process of getting an alzheimer's disease medicine approved by the FDA. This means big bucks!
