Pros: time off with my family, when i needed to be with them.
Cons: no breaks, no free lunches, and being floated all over the hospital, i like t stay on my floor
This was a great place to work. Altho iI dont think they are hiring LPN's anymore. I am an LPN and and would like to get back on board. I learned alot about orthopedics and neurology; also post surgery patients.
Management was fine. The hardest part was being floated everywhere and working 4 12hr shifts when I was to work 3 12hr shifts and did not like – more... working every other week end. I believe the week end shifts could dealt with another way to be fair.
My enjoyable part was of coarse the patients. I really like being a nurse. also my co workers. we shared many things and worked as a team. – less
