Do you work at Bayada Nurses? How did you find the job? How did you get that first interview?
Any advice for someone trying to get in?

Can you tell me if your company has any training classes for the above job slots. I have enrolled in the 4 C,s HHA program but must wait until next year to attend. Then I enrolled into a private firms class but was told that they had poor enrollment and the class may not happen. Also, do I need any special training to become a Home Caregiver?
THANK YOU

What do you think -- is this company going to survive and thrive? Are they looking to expand their staff, or do you think layoffs are inevitable?

Be very careful RNs that apply for any staff position job The director is very jealous when others are liked more than her and has in the past gotten rid of practically her whole staff because they disagreed with her on a few points and let her know.

At the particular site in Parsippany is where all of the 800's call come in. Literally the phone does not stop ringing. I have noticed that this particular postition becomes available every few months - that does not give me a very good feeling.
I interviewed for the Receptionist position two weeks ago - I had the gut feeling that this was a pressure cooker - I was not interested.....
