At One Time, Baylor WAS A Great Place To Be
Associate Director of Communications (Former Employee) –  Waco, TXJanuary 16, 2018
Let me say this first: I loved my four years at Baylor, but things started to change in 2011 and 2012 as the overall culture and climate of the University was changing with national exposure.

I would suggest people working at Baylor if it were before this cultural shift. However, the job benefits and compensation were the best of any school I've ever worked.
