Baynote is a great company due primarily to the high caliber of people working their. The staff are all highly competent and professional as well as friendly and supportive. However, the company currently remains mired in some ancient technology that was developed by engineers with little thought given to how end-users would interface with the system. As a result, implementations take longer than they should and users--customers and Baynote staff alike--experience frustration in achieving and tracking desired results. To Baynote's credit, they are currently engaged in a complete overhaul of the entire system based on the latest technologies, and hopefully in the not-too-distant future they technology will match the quality of the people implementing it.
