Software Release Manager (Current Employee) – Fort Lauderdale, FL – January 29, 2018
Bayview is a good place to insert yourself into the world of finance. There are numerous business units, and roles within the company that are great for those just starting out their careers. The company is a great intro to the world of finance.
Work life balance
advancement can be tricky because there are many silos.

Its a good company to work for. They have good technology but very little work life balance. The culture is a very proprietary. People don't like to enhance their systems because they are afraid to break something. Not bad but has room for improvement.

Senior Closing Administrator (Former Employee) – Fort Lauderdale, FL – October 26, 2015
Unbalanced quality of employees, some work hard and produce, others not so much; management misses on it. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Great place to work at. It is a very fast paced environment so do not recommend for people who cannot keep up. Have to be very detail oriented since working with numbers. Everyone is extremely nice. Great co-workers.
Great for recent grad or professional without a family
Asset Manager (Former Employee) – Ft. Washington, PA – August 27, 2015
Excellent pay, benefits and advancement. Must dedicate all of your life to job and there is zero flexibility for family. Co-workers are fun and driven, you will learn a lot. Perfect company for recent grad or professional without a family.
Underskilled Management, No flexibility, long hours with weekends, salary treated as hourly
They have the best benefits package that I have seen. Executive management is making an effort in making this a great place to work. Lower/middle management need to be overhauled; a majority are still in the old way bayview conducted business when they were a much smaller organization. Fraternization, poor office conduct and decisions are not based on an employees job performance but on personal preferences.
