Bayview is a wonderful facility. This review is specifically for the Health Center. The recruiter does a wonderful job at hiring good people. I worked the weekends double shift so I was able to work 32 hours in two days, plus I was able to get an extra 8 hours from overtime. Win. The new management that came in is new and kind of rigid in many categories. But here's the thing, just do your job and they will love you. Also, my favorite part about my job as a cna was the fact that you are left alone once supervising staff and nurses believe in your abilities. You have to earn their trust though.
The healthcare field is a unpredictable emotional one and Bayview is an amazing place to start out and even perhaps remain for many years. There are veterans that care, will train you, and want you to grow.
