Employees are treated horribly and when they offer suggestions to better how the branch can operate they are ignored. BB&T pushes sales and it felt they cared less about how the branch atmosphere was and more on making their quota.

The working environment is great if we are talking about the management and co-workers that all mesh well together. The only negative that I have is that the building were I work is in need of much renovation.
