Worst leadership I've ever experienced, all the way from top to bottom. Low morale due to lack of good management. Heavy work load and little pay. The positive is that you get to work with lots of interesting pilots and passengers and they make the job fun. Upper management could really make this a great environment, but they are not interested in their employees well being whatsoever! They literally only concern themselves with their own EGOS. And big Egos at that......
they have huge turnover since BBA/Signature took over. Company so cheep they "train" us on computer and on job. Aircraft have been damaged by inexperienced coworkers. Tip can be good but not worth it when no one show up for work. 1 line person a lone at time when there are no one show up for work. Immates are running prison...the company got rid of the best mgr that worked there for 30 years. Now its a train wrec.

My time working as a fueler for ASIG was amazing. For somebody who never gets sick of seeing planes every day, and enjoys being a part of the whole aircraft service process, this job created all kinds of great memories. I miss working as a fueler, I really do. The big downsides are that the pay is not the best, and you will find yourself working overtime a lot because planes like to delay and divert.
Get to work with awesome aircraft all day, work with great people
Pay is not commensurate with the degree of responsibility
Great Place to work, just be careful of management m. A lot of favoritism. No room for advancement either. If you want to move up within this company must be friendly with department managers to be considered.

HealthCare a little pricey, pay isn't that great with the expectation of you as an employee
bba aviation s offer many over time hours. the fact that it pays weekly for me was a very big deal. I was able to meet different people that come from all over the world. this increased my knowledge of other country.
this experience has opened my eyes to the importance of testing your fuel for airplanes.

daily quality checks on the fuel and equipment is the start of everyday, talking to the customer for up coming jobs they are in need of. performing their needs as required to there specific need and time line is very important. preparing equipment for readiness for emergency jobs and or up coming jobs needed by our customers.

They expect for you to break your back and dont reward the staff for the hard work. They expect you to drop whatever you're doing and jump to their needs..your life is based around that company don't do it.

Let me first start off by saying that if there was ever a better time to leave a 0/5 star rating anywhere, it would be here. You are not allowed to have a life when working for this company, and are expected to go above and beyond for very little pay and recognition. Be prepared to be expected to be at work before your shift starts and if you aren't they act like its the end of the world. Oh your back or neck hurts from using our old, poorly maintained equipment? Well get out there and be a "customer service ambassador for $10 an hour!"
And for all of your hard work the "managers" will reward you with a $5 gas card IF you're lucky. Whenever something goes wrong due to a manager or higher up, they try to pawn the problem off to the fuelers so they won't have to deal with it.

The most corrupt, unprofessional, and childish staff there is. There are no benefits what so ever, only downfall's. Management relentlessly try to cheat employees out of pay. There decisions are based purely on politics ,and racial diversity. Yes racism is real with this company.

Its very sad as this company is not what it use to be. Management was very good once upon a time and employees were valued and treated with respect. Not the case now. Upper management is horrible and they treat employees in ways that should not be allowed and no consequences for their actions. Employees are let go with not even a second thought even if they have been there for a long time. You are not thought of as a person.

This place is a great example of an unorganized company. There's no order what so ever. It's a laid back job, and you'll meet good people along the way. That's as great as the job gets. They offer nothing! Your always considered part time. No benifits. The equipment sucks and is very dirty. So everyday your in a dirty most likely smelly truck. They have no reward program for good employees. There's absolutely zero reason to work here. Management sucks big time. Trust me. Apply at your own risk.
