I have learned a lot- from being a news producer to being a film director. BBC has trained me in both- TV and Radio documentary production.

Since working in BBC I have learned many things. I learned how to program a schedule, learned a brand new system called Zeus (Phoenix supported) I am a multi-tasker and find pleasure in being able to juggle many different tasks and be able to meet my deadlines.

I was grateful for the opportunity to work with such a prestigious company overseas.

Able to take care of business with trust without micro managing interference.

Working at BBC taught me a lot. Everyday at work i was greeted with little smiling faces that brightened my day. I learned how to interact with small children and make effort of my day. Management was great but sometimes coworker would get off task and it would make the day just a little bit harder.

-Fast track to management? they have one office, which is over flowing with people, always hiring because there turnover rate is so slow, promise advancement when literally two companies share the same building.

I beleive that I was discreminated, I noted some corruptions in
technical department,Poor customer service, no regards for
loyalty and efficency.

THE BBC is an Excellent workplace.It was a Great work placement.Now i am looking for new challenges.

I gained a lot of experience in different fields while i was working in BBC , and gained a lot of confidence.

This was an amazing experience for me... I met some really talented people and they really showed how all aspects of the company works.

It really boosted my confidence and gave me even more ambition tto succeed.

It a fun place to work and you get expose to different project. The co workers are very friendly and welcoming.

BBC is a great place to work, good work life balance, its at the high end of technology, got to learn a lot.All are treated fairly, after working with other broadcasters like Bskyb I realised that BBC is one of the greatest place to work, work culture is great.HR really cares about people.

Large scale project involves relocating 2500 staff members and closing down television centre.

I was able to learn many programmes and was given appropriate training.

from what i witnessed watching all the workers they were stressed and worked hard. it seemed like a typical day at work and i like that. i learned a lot from the time i was there which was only a day. i learned that people had to stay calm under sharp deadlines and everything was done on a tight scheldue so that no one had nothing to do. the people – more... i was with on the day were very friendly and would tell me about their job role. the hardest part of their jobs were that they had to keep on track with the scheldue as it was all live. they had to stick with it and not go over time or mess up. the most enjoyable part of the day was that i was live on radio with the presenter and was such an incredible experience. – less

An average day would include taking part in meeting to discuss features for the weekly issues, designing quizzes, puzzles and specific weekly spreads associated with the show (Doctor Who). The most interesting and useful aspect of the experience was the work I completed on InDesign, a software program that is used throughout various forms of publishing, – more... media, marketing e.t.c.

The staff at the BBC were fantastic, always there to assist me with any queries or concerns that I had. I would say that the most enjoyable aspect of the experience - and also one of the most challenging - was working with a product that is required to be consistent and fresh week in and week out. It required you to remain enthusiastic about the show, but inventive and creative every time you worked on a particular feature or spread. – less
