Started company while still private, Brio is fast past work environment, each day has a predictable rush time. Side work is a major part of the restaurant running a smooth shift. This job requires the ability to multitask, communicate with co workers, and have full menu knowledge at all times. The hardest part of the job is involuntary power shifts. Management turnover is high with in the company however, you still have fun, serve great food, and make a very comfortable living wage.
