Sales Associate (Current Employee) – Leesburg, VA – November 18, 2013
BCBG Max Azria is a clothing company that has beautiful clothes. The store is typically busy on the weekends and a bit slower during the week. While I love the clothes sold there, my favorite part of working there is the people I work with. My fellow employees are kind, generous people and we work together to help the customers and each other. Everyone is very flexible and eager to help one another. The hardest part of the job is standing all day long and the most enjoyable part would be seeing what each new shipment holds.
Store Director (Former Employee) – Las Vegas, NV – October 17, 2017
I worked at several different stores as store manager and assistant manager. Working there is very competitive . Sales goals had to be met or else . I usually would exceed sales goals and make stretch goals. I even brought back one of the stores from red back to black. Overall my experience there was great
Every day was always different but it got better over the days.

BCBG went out of business. It was a fast pace environment and you met so many people all with different personalities which made it nice and I learned to interact with all different types of personalities.

Sales Associate (Former Employee) – Napa, CA – September 4, 2017
Lack of serious management, unstable hours, and lack of diverse culture. Hardest part of the job was balancing all duties and responsibilities. Most of employees had a clique with management, and favoritism was noticeable.
