Pros: great incentives and bonuses, tuition reimbursement, incentive wellness programs, hour breaks, 401 k, free fitness facility
Cons: sick time and personal time all grouped into pto hours, very micromanaged, no room for growth with the company, employees doesn't have a fair chance at available positions, no job flexibility
A typical day at work involves a day to day repeated pattern that is no longer a challenge to me. I have learned that I am a great multi-tasker in a fast paced environment. The hardest part of my job is having to end the call with a member who just needs someone to talk to because they are lonely and have no other relatives or friends they can depend on. My-workers are very fun to be around which makes the days pleasurable. The most enjoyable part of my job is being able to assist the member's in getting that extra care that is needed to make them comfortable living in their own home versus having to go to the nursing faciity.
