BDA is not a good company to work for. They punish their employees in different ways for just doing their jobs. They keep loading on the work load until their employees can't keep up and then they let those people go for performance issues. It's hard to make a career in a company where the average job length is less than a year. The owners and management drink on the job, a LOT and if you aren't a "party animal" your almost punished for that. The employees in the office are all afraid to speak up and voice an opinion out of fear of retribution. The office is ruled with fear.
They also make you go out to the corporate office in Seattle Washington twice a year for pep talks basically, which are all about do it or your fired. Some pep talks!!
Would not recommend BDA at all.
