- Extensive understanding of the products and packages
- Ongoing sales performance over-achievement -- i.e. Quota Crushing
- Close provided leads through cold calling
- Conduct sales pitch product demos via the phone
- Use the company's customized CRM to manage prospect pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts
-- B2B Sales Experience with a quantifiable track-record of Top 15% sales performance
-- 2+ years of sales experience working directly B2B over the phone and via Internet
-- Exhibits exceptional verbal and written communication skills and a strong work ethic
-- Must have exceptional organizational, time management skills and a professional demeanor
-- Be able to function with minimal supervision
-- Maintains high energy and enthusiasm and works well in a team atmosphere
-- Flexible and capable of adapting quickly to a startup and fast changing environment
-- Exceptional PC skills using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, must have strong Internet research skills.
