Responsible for the placement of permanent and consultant engineers.
Assess, qualify, and validate candidate qualifications via phone interviews
Utilize direct recruiting, networking, and internet sourcing methods, as well as other creative new approaches to attract high-end, hard-to-find engineering candidates.
Bachelor’s degree and/or related experience required
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work in a high volume, multi-tasking environment with limited supervision.
Strong sales & customer service skills required;
Must be goal driven and determined; able to persevere thru challenges; have attention to detail; strong memory and recall skills helpful
Excellent computer and organizational skills required.
