BeaconMedaes- A Culture in Need of Change

When I began with BeaconMedaes in the overall job was great. Field service had the ability to send quotes and truly take care of customers. There was also a comprehensive commission plan that motivated employees to go above and beyond the standards set by management.
Throughout the years that I have worked with BeaconMedaes those thing have changed. New management restricted the level of service field reps. are able to provide. Additionally, the bonus program were ended.
The biggest problem I have with BeaconMedaes is their lack of customer support. Customers wait weeks for quotes, and months for parts and service. When new systems ship damaged, the customer is required to get quotes for repairs and charge shippers.
BeaconMedaes lacks customer service to the extent that customer have been lost and sales decreased. Once they make the sale of their systems, there is no support for the customer. BeaconMedaes is the worst service provider for medical gas service but they are the most expensive. This company does not treat their employees well, and they certainly disregard their customers.

Horrible customer service, highest priced service, poor system design, unreliable servcie, back office employees have really bad attitudes
