Store Manager: Responsible for all aspects of store operations and merchandising to Bealls Outlet standards in assigned locations. Improve sales and profitability by coaching and developing staff to meet and/or exceed their job requirements around store standards, customer service, recruiting and retention.
Assistant Manager: Assist Store Manager with all aspects of store operations, staffing, customer service and merchandising to Bealls Outlet standards in assigned locations. Responsible for store operations in the absence of the Store Manager. Must be on the fast track to develop skills necessary for promotion to Store Manager and willing to relocate within the district.
Must be willing to:
- Travel when required.
- Work varying hours and schedules.
- Managers and Supervisors must possess a valid Driver’s license in the state of employment.
