Pros: flexibility, co-workers, friday dance parties, meeting the biggest dj's in the world

The only part of my days that are ever the same is my morning routine, which dictates the direction that my day will take. Mornings consist of daily meetings with my boss, discussing schedules, upcoming travel arrangements, sorting out details for upcoming presentations, meetings etc. My afternoons consist of travel arrangements, researching topics – more... relating to industry events, working with Marketing/PR, taking the lead on my personal work initatives and community outreach.
I've seen the company transform over the last couple of years in the management styles and employee interactions. 90% improvement from the time that I started. Management coaches have been very beneifical from the top down within the org chart. Co-Workers are AMAZING- they make everyday enjoyable and fun. The atmosphere is very relaxed, but very productive. Honestly, the hardest part of the job can vary from season to season, month to month- if it's festival season- travel, speaking engagements, industry meetings both domestic and internationally- things get a tricky with organizing and managing schedules. Most enjoyable part of my job is you never know what is coming at you- either that day, week or next month. Our company is so fluid now as part of a greater larger international organization, I have an incredible team, and meet amazing people everyday who all have the same end goal- bringing Electric Dance Music to the world. – less
