sinking ship!!
account sales consultant (Former Employee), fieldDecember 9, 2014
Cons: no focus on customer service, hitting numbers and growing at any cost
the sales reps are jumping like rats from a sinking ship. All the talent has left. Open positions all over the country due to them treating us terrible

If they hire anybody, it will be young guys just out of school and they will burn you out quickly. Keep looking my friend!

Advanced Documentation Specialist (Former Employee), Chaska, MNSeptember 4, 2014
Pros: close to home
Cons: i was part of a mass layoff, after 18 years
Over the years as the company was sold and bought, employees seem to become simply numbers.

Good company to get experience and move on.
Staff Software (Current Employee), Brea, CASeptember 3, 2014
Beckman was i believe a great company, however due to lackluster management and employees the company is not performing as it is supposed too, there are still some decent employees there who are pleasant to work with, there is absolutely no advancement in career here, expect to stagnate in your position for eternity !

Bad management resulting in turnover of employees
Administrative (Former Employee), Brea CAAugust 17, 2014
Pros: free food if able to attend meetings
Cons: misuse of temporary employees
Long days with no reward for effort. Exploits temporary employees promising them permanment employee for hard work. Then terminates contract without notice stating job no longer exists. Management concerned with head count and not productivity of employees.
