BD is a great place to work as a consultant as long you don't get your hopes up of getting a full-time associate position. The beautiful facility at the corporate offices will wow you, but their trend is to rotate out consultants once you hit the 1 year to 18-month mark, rather than bring you on as a permanent employee. As a consultant, they allow you the flexibility of choosing your own hours (for the most part) and allow you to work-from-home on occasion. But don't go for the dangling carrot, thinking once you get your foot in the door, you are set. You will be disappointed. They are letting veteran employees go and replacing them with consultants. So, don't give up a full-time opportunity elsewhere.
