I worked for bbby for about 8 years. By far the best way to apply is in person with a paper application in hand. Keep in mind first impressions go really far in this organization. Have your application filled out and be ready for a on the spot interview. If you leave your application at customer service desk chances are it will never be looked at. Truth be told it may never get into the hands of the hiring manager at all. It will only be filed away in an cabinet which is cleared out on a yearly basis. Good luck calling back to check on an application, chances are it was lost or misfiled.
