Pros: great training
Cons: pay reflective of years of service
A very good company that has a good history of promoting from within and aggresive in seeking highly qualified applicants from outside.

This was my first position in retail and I loved it. I first started working as a cashier, but was eventually cross-trained in every department within the store.
