Bell is a great place to work if you like a small town, community feel. My co-workers are upbeat and friendly and we care about one another. A walk to the cafeteria is sprinkled with friendly smiles and "hello" and "how are you" from other Bell employees and from people of the community. I had resigned from Bell to try travel work at one point but made my way back here and given the opportunity to work form Bell again I didn't hesitate to take the offer. Health care is evolving everywhere into numbers, productivity, and for making a profit but Bell has somehow managed to hold onto the personal, genuine, excellent patient care that other facilities have lost; or at least that's what I learned during my travels. Management encourages each individual in my department to grow and improve as professionals and we all strive to provide the best care that we can. We are always recognized at employee forums for the great ratings our hospital gets. I am happy with the money I make here and I find it a rewarding place to work.
