Overall a general call center location, great staff and management teams.

Biggest pro was the free cell phone plan for all employees, and then following Bell discounts for services

Though with the biggest con is customer feedback which can affect you even though it isn't necessarily your fault

Bell was one of the hardest places I have worked. They drive you into the ground with no support or help and when there are done with you they throw you away

During interview process – second language was discussed and was not mandatory but on working place was imposed.

every day at bell was pretty busy. Satisfying customer is not easy.
I learned new technologies and customer service skills. Management was nice and they can approached any time. Very good helpful environment. Help always available through peers. Most challenging point stats were not able to keep stats of each call.

Bell was a great place to work for; every day was a different challenge within the Call center environment. Fast pace and very competitive within the Market place; therefore, it thought me to be very flexible and adapt quickly to change.

Bell Mobility is a great facility to work at and I enjoyed my work period there.
