A typical day at work for me is unpredictable. I am in constant demand and I often have to multi-task. I work with every area of the practice and several different project.
My days might consist of the following:
Meeting with the finance director creating a plan incentive plan for employs using HEDIS funding
I might also be working on writing a work plan for a grant,
Reviewing and monitoring Quality Improvement on clinical indictors,
Working with the IT Department to create report or set up trainings
Conducting a Chronic Care Meetings for the physicians
Training Providers of new changes with in operations
Meeting with Medical assistants to address operational concerns
Working with the CEO on coordinating audits, reports and or writing grants
My most enjoyable part of my job is meeting patient and helping them get their needs met and ensure Patient Satisfaction. I also enjoy teaching a patient education and direct service. I also love to learn and creating improvement. A great part of my job is problem solving and motivating my team members to do their best.
The hardest part of my job is losing great team members that really make the work load lighter. Team work is very important to me and I realize that motivation of a team is what really drives a project.
My co-workers are a group of supportive and cooperative team members. My team members have been the reason for my success because they believe in me and trust my work.
