Nice clean work enviroment, busy and hard work, lovable residents
RCA, Waterbury, CT - November 12, 2015
The job is more difficult than what people think. We changed into a acute/hospital care facility, instead of assisted living. Some of the residents require a lot of care and the ratio to aides is 20+:1. You have to have thick skin to work on the floor with the aides there, other wise you will not last. The most enjoyable part of the job are the residents, some of them try their hardest to help you and they are on your side no matter what. It's so easy to fall in love with them.
