Temp. Employee (Former Employee), Fremont, CA – October 22, 2013
Pros: new experience every other week and weekly pay.
Cons: lots of traveling
A new assignment every other week or months the work was always changing. I picked up a lot of new skills from all the jobs they sent me to and the weekly pay was a plus. I was offered a couple of full time jobs but turn down at the time i wasn't ready for long term work at the time.
General employee (Former Employee), Las Vegas, NV – October 17, 2013
my days at work were fun and exciting, I learned a lot about the casino business and guest services, Great group of guys to lead me and learn from, my peers at work I felt we had a lot in common and looked upon each other for things we might have not known, I enjoyed meeting new people everyday.
Temporary Worker (Former Employee), Fremont, CA – May 2, 2013
Typical day at work included me sorting out LCD Computer monitors and testing them to see if they function properly. If they work i wrap them up and seal them into a bigger box until its full. And same with the ones that are cracked, or dont work at all. I learned how to become dedicated to my work because i was working alone so i concentrated alot – more... more easier. Management and co-workers were great , never had any problems. Hardest part of job was that the warehouse got so hot inside and it would drain me faster. The most enjoyable part was the people around because they were friendly and never judged. – less
WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE (Former Employee), Fremont, CA – August 18, 2012
Cons: un returned phone calls, not helpful
I packed boxes in a warehouse everyday. Work was not consistent. Benchmark does not help you to find employment, They also do not return phone calls when you are inquiring about possible job opportunity's.
Inventory Assistant/General Warehouse Clerk (Former Employee), Rancho Cordova, CA – June 6, 2012
Pros: it's a paycheck.
Cons: need to improve recruitment
Benchmark staffing didn't do a very good job of matching my skills and experience with positions that were available. So long as the staffing agency had a "body" to send to the work site, they were satisfied.
